How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by your employer or OSGB. Contact your HR department or training coordinator for login details.
I cannot sign in
Use your email, username or national ID and password. For password resets, contact your employer/OSGB first. If the issue persists, email destek@safelinesoft.com.
OTP verification code not received
Check spam folders. Wait a few minutes and use “Resend” in the app. Contact support if the problem continues.
Video or quiz will not load
Check your internet connection and restart the app. You can also try the web portal at learn.safelinesoft.com.
