This Privacy Policy explains how İZKOM İLETİŞİM LTD. ŞTİ. (“SafeLine”, “we”, “our company”) collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data when you use the SafeLine Training mobile application (“App”). Package name: com.safelinesoft.learn.

The App only collects data necessary to deliver training services:

  • Account data: name, email, username, national ID (for login), password (hashed on server)
  • Authentication: OTP codes, session tokens, device name
  • Training data: assigned courses, video progress, quiz results, certificates, KVKK consent date
  • Technical data: network status, app version (for support and security)

The App does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising/analytics SDKs.

  • Secure login and session management
  • Delivering HSE online training content and video streaming
  • Tracking progress, exams and certificates
  • Legal compliance (Turkish KVKK / Law No. 6698)
  • Technical support and service improvement

5. Storage & Sharing

Server data is hosted at learn.safelinesoft.com. Session tokens are stored locally using secure storage. Data may be shared with your employer/OSGB (training provider), infrastructure processors (hosting, email/SMS), or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your Rights & Contact

Under Turkish KVKK you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us at info@safeline.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
