Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

You may request deletion of personal data processed by SafeLineSoft. This page explains the process for users of our websites, mobile app, cloud platforms and WhatsApp Business line (+90 232 326 38 48).

2. How to submit a request

  1. Email info@safeline.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your full name and the phone number or email associated with your account or WhatsApp chats.
  3. Specify which service the request relates to (WhatsApp, mobile app, web panel).

3. WhatsApp data

To delete message records stored on SafeLineSoft servers, email us with the phone number used on WhatsApp. Deleting a chat in the WhatsApp app only removes it from your device.

4. Timeline

Verified requests are typically completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
